PROGRESSIVE PAYMENT

All buyers can obtain housing loan from banks or financial institutions.

  • Buyers without any existing housing loan
    Loan ceiling: 80% of purchase price*
  • Buyers with existing housing loan
    Loan ceiling: 50% of purchase price*

Payment breakdown:

5%      Upon the grant of Option to Purchase (booking fee)
15%    Upon signing of the Sale & Purchase Agreement or within 8 weeks from the Option date
10%   Completion of foundation work
10%   Completion of reinforced concrete framework of unit
5%      Completion of brick walls of unit
5%      Completion of roofing/ceiling of unit
5%      Completion of electrical wiring, internal plastering, plumbing and installation of door and window frames of unit
5%      Completion of car park, roads and drains serving the housing project
25%    Notice of Vacant Possession (TOP)
15%    On Completion Date

*Maximum loan period is 30 years or loan period not extending beyond the retirement age of 65 years.
