Cluster housings are usually sell-out projects! Most good units are sold during the Preview, and usually only based on floor plans, at times, 3D models, e.g. Este Villa.

As mentioned previously, cluster houses usually fetch a relatively high rental yield as compared to landed properties. A rental yield of 4-5% is sometimes possible for some of the new cluster housing like Belgravia Villas, as opposed to about 3% or less for some landed properties.
